Meet Barbara Caioli - Graduate Student Intern

Greetings! I am a graduate student intern specializing in developmental psychology and family systems. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Through my work with the Life-Long Learning Lab, I’ve conducted research on human development across the lifespan, with a special focus on how family systems influence and are influenced by individual growth and change.

I’m also an active member of the Alabama Counseling Association, where I’ve had the privilege of presenting my research at their annual conference. My passion lies in combining my knowledge of developmental psychology and family systems to help individuals and families overcome challenges and find meaningful ways to thrive.
